  1. Apple Cider Vinegar: Pour equal amounts of unrefined apple cider vinegar and lukewarm water into a capacious bowl. Now, soak your fingers in for at least five minutes. Soon after, gently push down the cuticles with a nail filing instrument. Pat dry your fingers and nails with a dry towel. Repeat once a week to notice a considerable difference.
  2. Tea Tree Oil: Mix one tsp Vitamin E oil with a few drops of tea tree oil. Gently rub this on your nail bed and massage gently for a few minutes. Leave it on for half an hour. Rinse it off with warm water, pat dry and apply a moisturising lotion or hand cream.
  3. Vitamin E Capsules And Oil: Crush a Vitamin E capsule to extract the oil. Apply the oil on your nails and let it stay overnight. Massage gently for a few minutes to increase circulation to the nail bed. This relaxing procedure works wonder in improving the texture of your nails.
